Bhaag D.K. Bose by Ram Sampath from the Bollywood movie Dheli Belly. It’s being “performed” (along with scenes from the movie) by actor Imran Khan and two people less famous than him. I’ve had this song stuck in my head all day because it’s so goddamn catchy.
The movie is really good, gritty in a funny way, about three guys who accidentally get caught up in organized crime. The song title (and it’s chorus) are a pun. “D.K. Bose” is nominally somebody’s name, but when sung sounds like an expletive. Basically the song’s chorus “translates” to “Run Motherfucker!”
